WEIGHT: Doing the Yo-Yo thing. Of course I've been in yo-yo for the last 20+ years. That may be one of the most difficult aspects of my journey to resolve. Although some of my pants do feel a little lose. There are times when I find myself looking down at my weight on the scale, I get upset and ask myself "Self, why did you step on this thing in the first place?"
EXERCISE: Tony Horton's TMT is still my workout of choice! But the last week I've also added in dog walking and garden planting and 'turtle jogging'.
MENTAL EXERCISE: Made a decision to start keeping a reflective journal during my ME times. Maybe writing down my 'bones' will be another map for my journey.
SPIRITUAL EXERCISE: Finishing up my David Foster Wallace book.
REFLECTION: I believe conformity is just a cop-out for being afraid to be who you really are.
