Staying Motivated!

Such a busy day at work! Had to stay late which put my workout 3 hours behind schedule. So tired didn't feel like working out at all. I was very proud of myself ran 50 minutes on the treadmill & did 15 minutes of core training. I have been eating Alot healthier & I know how hard it is to take the weight off. That's what keeps me motivated.
