High School weight

So this is the first actual success I have had in any diet attempt. I would have these big grandiose plans to lose weight, buy any tools needed, make one salad and start. Then something would happen, either actual road bump or one I put in the way because I am honestly quite lazy. Then with that little backslide, the diet would quit and I would move on with my life until the next big go round of diets came along. I have honestly never lost any more than 5 pounds at any time, and never really put any effort into working out.
I am still lazy, but my reality has actually changed and I have taken up walking at least 2.5 miles a day. I drag another family member along as much as I can, and then if I have to go alone, I plug in some music and head out. I have been doing it consistently for 3 weeks because we are having a step challenge at work, and tracking my points on WW for 11 weeks now. Those two things combined have given me actual results, like needing smaller underpants and some of my favorite 2x t-shirts being too large. And the pounds coming off is the most exciting thing. I started weight watchers at 215 pounds and graduated high school at 179 pounds. It will actually be possible for me to get back to that 179 high school weight and be able to brag about it LOL
