Back to Spark 101

So I decided to go back to my toolbox and pull out some of my spark basics. What I mean by that is, I started back tracking my food today. I am challenging myself to do it for 30 days consectively. That will be a TRUE challenge for me, but I am for the challenge. :)

I also decided that I am putting my scale away and will NOT be weighing myself for a little bit. I was getting that "scale obesession" that we sometimes get and knew it was time to take it out of the bathroom, so that I can avoid the temptation to get on it daily.

Saturday is the end of the week and I decided that would be my 4th day of exercise for the week. I did good this week. Monday and Tuesday I got in some kick butt workouts!!! On Wednesday I didn't feel like doing much of anything, so I made myself play Just Dance 3 for 25 minutes. I didn't sweat like I did on Monday and Tuesday, but I managed to work up a small mist on my body. :)

My goals for next week is to workout Sun, Mon, Tues & Thurs. I HAVE to something physical on the weekends as it keeps me accountable on the weekends. So I will decide what I will do closer to that time.

    Girl, I know JUST what you mean! I HAVE to track my food or I lose it. I never mean to and I know that I CAN do this without the tools, but.. while I have them available to me, I am going to use them as much as possible. It's awesome that you are going to get back to yourself and your basics! Love it!

    I put my scale away until our next weigh in for the challenge because I was starting to weigh every single morning and I just don't want to be that person at all. Love your plan! You go girl! Proud of you! :) XOXO
