I need a restart button

Is there such a tihing? I know there is no easy button for weightloss, but I want a restart button that resets my focus on my weightloss efforts. So I need to refocus my efforts, the last month was hard on me with my daughters first birthday coming and going. It has now been over a year since I held her in my arms for the first and last time, and it still hurts but I need to move foward towards the goal of a healthy pregnancy and a family wih healthy lifestyle. I am not the only one that needs to lose weight, so I need to be the role model in the house (especially since I am the one who cooks).
I am planning on following some general rules:
1: Write down what I eat and drink
2: Fish, Chicken, and Vegetarian, really really limit the red meat in my diet...I like turkey burgers better anyways.
3: Start at walking daily and move my way up to other exercises.4: Take my meds, and vitamins...I feel better taking them
5: Water, water, water, and more water.
6: Start cutting down the caffine and start cutting out the diet soda's
I will write these in my food journal.
I need to refocus!!! And I am going to do this!!!!
