Time for a change

Thursday, March 29, 2007

Each day will come and go, but what will you do within the 24 hours to create a new you? Can you take 10 minutes or even an hour to do something to improve your mind, body or your life situation? The old saying is, " if it's to be, it's up to me"...well, it's true. Only you are responsible for you, if you don't have you have to ask yourself, what have I done lately? If you don't do for you, don't expect someone else too.

So the next time you think about pigging out, or going overboard look and see who's holding the spoon to your mouth? If you want to see changes, then it starts with you. You want to change your weight start eating smaller portions, cut back on junk and just start making small changes.

So when a new day comes your way, just know that out of the 24 hours you only want to take enough time for yourself to make small changes that will make your life better.

So today I ask, are you taking some time to improve you, or are you letting time pass you by?
