On to the next thing..

I have a couple of things I am itching to say..
first, there is not a question or doubt in my mind, that my body now carries more excess water weight than it ever did when I was a younger woman. I have been dealing with this inexplicable weight not moving, in fact moving upward situation for a while. After doing most of the 28 day bootcamp and being UP 7 lbs, finally, I lost 7 lbs in one day, then one the next day, then the next thing I knew I was back up 4 lbs. It is, or was, driving me CRAZY. But I have the solution, and though I'm not sure it makes sense, it does seem to be real: vitamin water zero XXX. The day after I drink this, my bloat seems to go away. I was drinking it when the weight dropped, didn't drink it one day, then the next the 4 lbs found their way back on. Drank it yesterday, and this morning, the weight was gone again. I'm just going to drink one bottle a day. Nuff said.
Second, I am on track with the exercise, even after finishing the bootcamp. Yesterday, I rode 30 very hard minutes on the exercise bike, and this morning, I did the SP 20 minute dumbell workout, plus stretches, then got on the bike for 10 incredibly hard minutes on the bike; I was hoping to do 20, but when my son reminded me I had to drive him to school, I had to cut it to 10. That's okay, I feel like a million dollars right now.
Third, I am in a good place right now. Trying not to obsess about any of it, and I think I'm in a good place with respect to that, too. One little baby step at a time.
Fourth, I could not be in any of these places without SP, but more without my Spark Buddies. Thanks for sticking with me, folks, I hope to make you proud!
