So Tired! I just can't stop and rest it seems, there is always something I want to accomplish. Today was a good day, I did 20 minutes of cardio this morning, worked, got in a couple of 10 minute cardio vids on my breaks and then came home to find my new SP cardio Blast DVD with Coach Nicole waiting for me. I won it on the Spark Bonus Wheel weeks ago and had nearly forgotten about it. I'm looking forward to checking it out. Then, since it's Wednesday and one of the 2 days I have an afternoon to myself, I had to get my run/bike/run in. I did end up cutting it a bit short, 2 miles for each run and just under 6 on the bike. But, I still burned almost 900 calories today. I'm already at 4000 for the week, which is my goal, so I suppose I can take it easier the rest of the week. :)

80+ oz water
AM workout: 30 minute run
Midday workout: Core
PM workout: Yoga
Track my food and make good choices
In bed by 10:00 pm
