Balancing Work and Workout

Sometimes it is easy to blame work for why you dont workout. "I work to many hours", "Im so tired after work", I'm too stressed to workout.. walking nowhere on a treadmill will make me kill someone."
I have used all of these and more but after my awakening at the Doctors Office a while back, I have come to realize that I wasnt really making excuses not to workout.. no.. I was making excuses so I could continue to be the lazy, extremely obese and unhappy person I have been.
So, I have been looking around my neck of the woods for a gym that would suit me without feeling like a meat market. I actually found a gym that is open 24 hours/day, offers classes at no extra charge on my day off, and has a security guard that walks you from your car to the gym and from the gym to your car.
Being open 24 hours made my excuses disappear... because lately my biggest excuse has been that I work 2 jobs, 6 days a week and my average work day is 12-13 hrs long ... How the Hell am I supposed to find the time to go to a Gym..
So needless to say, I am totally Stoked about finding this gym and I am seeing this as the opportunity that it is.. the gift that it is.. and I'm on it!
