snack-pineapple, kiwi, and strawberry
lunch-salad with chick peas, cukes, peppers, grape toms, 100 cal pack chunk light tuna salad, and fat free dressing.
snack-iced coffee with ff creamer. 100 cal almonds
dinner-3 mini quiche-(egg whites, veggies, scant amount of cheese) covered w/ caccitore sauce(tomato sauce, zucchini, capers, peppers, and mushrooms) lite english muffin. red pepper flakes, and parmasan cheese.
