LiveFit Phase 2!! WOOT WOOT!

I haven't been this excited and dedicated to a program since C25k almost 4 years ago! This is just the kick in the pants kind of workout I needed and it shows!!
If you read Becki's (marathon_mom) blog this morning I feel just like that!! I too was afraid of lifting weights in front of others because I thought I looked stupid but you know what...I don't care anymore!! There are some things that I fumble on and people are kind enough to give me helpful hints. I lack a lot of confidence in my self but I am working hard on changing that and working out in front of people is a HUGE step!!
Phase 2 is under way and wow did it step up! My legs can be hard to fatigue but this morning's workout left me begging for mercy! I was literally dripping sweat as I pushed through the sets! I loved it!!
My upper body is sore from yesterday and I know tomorrow the legs are going to be noodles...and I LOVE IT!
To be honest. I LOVE running and I haven't even wanted to run in the past week and a half because I am so into this program! I LOVE IT!
My body has changed in just 5 weeks. I am down 5 pounds, my thighs, butt and mid section are firming and it's not just me who noticed! My DH is complimenting me which feels great! My energy levels have increased and for the most part (minus the emotional last week or so) my moods have improved as well! I LOVE IT!!
Have I mentioned that I LOVE THIS??
I can't wait to have that 20 yr old body again. The one attracted my husband 12 years ago before pregnancy and neglect took it's toll. I can't wait to look and feel great at the beach!
I do really need to start picking up the mileage again though. I have a marathon in 52 days. This will be my 7th marathon, 8th if you count the ultra. The only time I am looking for is a good time at MIBM marathon!
Ok, I better get back to work now. I just had to say...I LOVE THIS PLAN!!
