Week 5 zombie apocalypse challenge

As team leader I will continue to post the challenges. I hope that the rest of the team is enjoying the challenges that I have posted for the past 2 weeks. This weeks challenge has been interesting for me. I still can't quite do the agility due to an injury but I have been doing my best to do the rest of the challenge. I added more steps (stairs up) this week as we decided that these challenges were to get progressively more difficult. I also added more sets of planks, crunches, and push ups. I have really been enjoying coming up with the challenges. I am going to do a round two when the first 9 weeks are done. Hopefully, I can get some new people interested in joining us. When I set up round two, there will be a few changes, there will be three separate challenges each week, an easy/beginner challenge, an advanced challenge, and an advanced with gym equipment challenge.
