Getting back on track

I've kept up with the plan to work out every day for 17 days straight! Plus this week, I've decided to start following the SparkFitness planned meals. Because after two weeks of working out everyday and not losing any weight, I decided to change my eating habits to something even healthier.

With the preplanned meals, they are smaller portions and more nutritious. Also, they make me free guilt-free when I eat, and it gives me a lot of healthy options so I never feel like I have nothing to eat.

I'm really liking this new food plan right now. Plus, I've went down from 162 (which I have been for over two weeks) to 159.6! And it's definitely thanks to my new eating habits, and maybe the extra amount of sleep I got last night.

Speaking of which, I better go to sleep now. I can't wait to reach my mini-goal of weighing 150! Then, it will be just 20lbs to lose before the end of the year.
