bfast-1 egg white crustless mini quiche with a light english muffin. coffee with ff creamer

snack-a golden delicious apple.

lunch-pineapple, kiwi, and strawberries with light and fit coconut yogurt. 100 cal almonds. iced coffee with ff creamer.

snack- an orange and a reduced fat cheese stick.

dinner-salad with chick peas, cukes, peppers, parmesan cheese, chicken breast, and light vinegrette.

dessert-190 cal 3 musketeer truffle crisp bar
