So day today I went to a new gym. Well it's really my old gym but I didn't like the hours back when I had a full time job. So anyways it was pretty awesome (and I got to wear my new shoes). It's actually at my church we have a huge gym and tread mill and cybex as an out reach program. My dad bought a family plan so I can go to free plus even if I had to pay its less than three months of pay at my other gym for the whole year. So I went with my dad to get him motivated and everyone knew him and said hi. I was not imtimidated most of the older people were walking the track. They come to socialize and stay active.There was only one other person in the cybex. Okay I'll stop gloating.
With the energy from the work out I did some more erins and cam home and ate what seemed like a huge breakfast, omlet with salsa and apple juice. It was only 350 calories because I'm learning how to eat right. Eating right doesnt mean eating small portions all the time. If you learn the right foods it can be huge meals with the right stuff in them. So it might be late in the morning but I motivated and ready to go. I'm excited for my weigh in tomorrow (my husband has to hide the scale so I don't try to every day).
