But I'm really, really trying to stay on track, and since I'm still in the Biggest Loser challenge, I'm supposed to be doing a blog entry per day this week. So there you have it.
I've been feeling very off-track lately. Not really sticking very well within my calorie range, and not feeling very motivated since I'm 1 pound away from being in a healthy weight and pretty happy with my body. I guess I've gotten complacent. Which is just dumb, because my original goal was to lose another 20 lbs. I kind of need to regroup.
The awesome thing is though, I passed 1000 fitness minutes in a month for the first time this month!! I'm kind of really excited about that, because I don't really feel like I'm making that much of an effort to do more exercise. But I haven't been lying about it or anything, so I've clearly been moving. A LOT.
Had a nice trail ride this morning on my husband's horse, who's pretty geriatric, but tried to act like a three year old today. She's on a new feed and not sure if that's what was going on, but good lord was she HOT. Unfortunately for her, her body can't quite keep up with her energy level right now. However, it was fortunate for me because I wasn't really excited about a 16 hand Thoroughbred bolting with me, lol.
And now I'm going to try and get some work done while not ignoring the baby. HA!
