WE are writing a blog this weekend of what we have been doing and what we are going to change and do differently.
I realize that I am not on a diet. I am changing my lifestyle. Already I am finding out that I can change what I am doing. I don't have to eat whenever we have a meeting and food is involved.
OK I am reviewing what I have been doing --- writing down what I eat each day, getting my exercise, and plodding along.
I am definitely going to refocus. I am going to stop eating things that have too much added sugar.
No more ice cream treats even if they are only 100 calories. I don’t need the added sugar. I will have fruit instead.
I am going to check the sugar content of all the things that I am eating.
I will use the treadmill more often. The Dr. told me I should swim if a pool is availble and I can swim whenever I want in Jayne's pool two doors down. I will start swimming.
