power questions again

Yesterday Tony's tape was among other things about power breathing. Wow, does that make a change in energy levels or what? He also drove home the importance of eating foods that are high in water (aka fruits and vegetables) and why they are so important. The plan is to from now on eat a fruit or vegetable with each meal.

For now I'm going to start eating gluten again, because I don't think that it was making that much of a difference. The last two days I had eaten something with gluten in it without realizing it, without any serious side effects. I had a hole month without a migraine and then had two in a week. Since it seems that water could be pivotal in those migraines, I want to see what happens when I eat more water packed foods.

Still grateful for having a home. And exited about spring cleaning, esp. with the extra energy I get from the power breathing. I think I might be on to something. I started hoovering the bedroom, but I still have to take breaks. Maybe get some time in on the elliptical if I feel up to it, but I did walk to the shop and back. It's not much, but still better than nothing. Time for Tony's tape for today.
