Wow, I didn't realize that it had been two months since I last blogged...
Well, I've been up and down and up, and now I'm on my way down again.
I have been eating mostly the right things, just too much of them.
So, this week I will work on portion control.
I have been doing well on my water intake.
I have been working on upping my exercise.
That's it for this week.
