30-Day Juice Journey -- Weekend Edition

Just a quick note to say that I decided to do a 5-day a week fast for a month rather than 30 days straight. I've been hearing so much about the 'bounce-back effect' where people put on weight after juice fasts because they've been deprived for so long. So, we're taking it easy on the weekends, and I'm actually looking forward to getting back to juicing tomorrow. See you then.
