Monday - Low HIIT 25, Fire 30 emoticon
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Fire 30, Stretch 10 emoticon
Thursday - Tone 30, Ab Ignitor emoticon
Friday - Fire 45 EZ, Stretch 10
Saturday - Low HIIT 20, Fire Starter emoticon
Sunday - Core 20, Stretch 40

Things to work on:
-eating better
-getting up early to work out
