TF Prep Week 3 Summary

I have mixed emotions on how this week went. On one hand I've gotten lazy. I'm not consistantly getting up before work to workout and some nights I'm just too busy to make up for it. On the other hand I lost 2.6 lbs. I'm so happy about the weight but I wish it happened last week when I worked my butt off instead of this week. It kinda feels like it reinforces bad behaviour.

Anyways, eating went alittle better this week. I bought a bunch of veggies this week and spent an hour one night cutting them up so its easy to grab and go. I also didn't buy any chips or cookies so I didn't have any choice but to eat the veggies and hummis or cheese as an after dinner snack. I'm still not perfect all the time, some nights I would kill for a hamburger (and fries and pop and all the other crap that comes with it!) but I will try and work on it.

So, week 3 results:

# of WO = 4 days (boo!)
Calories burned = 2033 Cal
WO minutes = 215 minutes
SW = 202.6 lbs
FW = 200.0 lbs
