Rest day Ha!

Mom commitments most of the day, so I planned a rest day. Plans for a family road trip this evening fell through. 2 kids wanted to stay home instead of visiting cousins, so I stayed home with them. When I realized what a gorgeous evening, I decided to take a walk, moderate distance, moderate pace. Came home and finished week 3 of spring into shape boot camp.
After nearly a year, I'm still conflicted between exercise 10 minutes a day versus plan rest days into your week so your muscles can recover.
