Rest day Ha!

Mom commitments most of the day, so I planned a rest day. Plans for a family road trip this evening fell through. 2 kids wanted to stay home instead of visiting cousins, so I stayed home with them. When I realized what a gorgeous evening, I decided to take a walk, moderate distance, moderate pace. Came home and finished week 3 of spring into shape boot camp.

After nearly a year, I'm still conflicted between exercise 10 minutes a day versus plan rest days into your week so your muscles can recover.

    Awesome taking the walk! It was a lovely day here! I am really off on exercising. Myself, I have been confused about when to do strength training in relation to the cardio. Which first? Different days? Same days? Length? Etc... I've found that if I push myself very hard though with my arthritis, that I crash the rest of the week, so for me it is 15 minute easy exercise for 3 days a week that I'll be starting back. I'll be starting a pool aerobic class on June 4th hopefully. Excited about that! Hope you get it worked out! emoticon
