BLC Halfway Point Letter

Dear Jennifer,

Well look at you! Look at how much you have accomplished in 4 short weeks!

• While you gained a bit, you still have ended the fourth week back at around 13 pounds lost! Way to go! You are on your way to the 343 that you set us a goal!

• You had made an appointment with the doctor but then your car had to go into the shop, so instead of canceling the appointment like you would have a few months ago, you rescheduled for later in the month! WTG!

• On a weekly average, you are exercising 5 days a week with 45-60 minutes of exercise! You are getting there! On 5/19/2012 you even walked on the treadmill for 65 minutes and ended up with 3.03 miles…only .08 miles shy of a 5K! Look at you go!

• Because of no car, the fellowship that you have received from your group has been even more amazing than expected. While you missed your church friends so much, your Carnation group has been there for you during a tough period when you thought life was just crashing down on you! Awesome!

You are doing so well and you have 4 more weeks to go! You can still knock down all of those goals and praise God while you are doing so!

    I agree with Sonia! I don't want to lose you in the corner. I am glad that you are still on track for you goals. And way to go on not canceling the doctor appointment.
