It takes some learning...

So I know that you have to watch your calories in and out. For me that is a tight equation, meaning, I have to be really careful about calories in no matter how many I spend or I don't lose. But I always think things will change, as I did this week. I kicked but on exercising (several hours a day) but didn't really watch my total calories and shazam! I lost NO weight. Did I learn my lesson? You bet! Next week I will exercise, although probably not for hours, and be more careful about my calories. Goooooo me!

    It also can be that you are gaining some muscle weight now with working out harder.
    Same with me though, definitely have to watch calories going in and sodium intake as I retain water like a ziploc bag would if there is constant water flow going in!
    Scales are a bear! But they don't tell us every detail involved so it might be a bit of muscle gain.
