Almost a week without exercise..gotta get back on track

Well i've gone 6 days without exercise and I am missing it alot. I've started a new job so I've been on training so by the time I get home its late and I'm tired. The good thing is that I've been very careful with my diet so I'm still holding at 133. Tommorow i plan to work out both in the morning then the evening and also Sunday. I've got to make a real effort to include exercise in my day so i may have to either get up earlier or work out as soon as I get home before the tiredness sets in. Hubby had shown an interest in working out with me but thats fallen to the wayside. I'm still hoping that he'll come on board because he needs to lose weight for his blood pressure. Tired, going to bed...Tommorow I'll bring it!

    Always tough to balance work, family, & exercise, but I've found making exercise as important as any meeting I attend at work to be real helpful.....even if it means ducking out for a lunchtime workout.

    It's hard with a new job, so don't worry about missing 6 days -- as you said, at least you ate well. But it's good that you "missed" it, right?! That's a great sign that it's a good part of your life.

    Have a great weekend and get outside and do a hike or something fun.

    Good job planning to get up early or workout as soon as you get home. It's hard adjusting to a new job, a new schedule. You'll find a way to get it in. You are also doing great by watching what you eat. Don't worry about your husband. He'll come around. You can lead by example, suggest joining you but if he doesn't right away don't let it detract from your own workout.
