Clocking up the kilometres!

Well I finished my 28-day bootcamp workout last week, and hadn't really thought about my next exercise plan. So this week I have been getting up and going out for a walk each morning. The weather isn't completely ideal for this at the moment as it has been rainy all week. However that said, I only got drenched one morning. Unfortunately I went for another walk that evening with a fried, so it was a bit unpleasant putting on wet shoes! So I stuffed them down behind the heated towel rail so they would be dry for the next morning.
I have managed to walk 29.4kms this week, which I thought was a good effort! I also weighed 300g less at my weekly weigh in despite eating out 3 times during the week.
This morning I did my 1.5hrs Taichi and a big walk in the park, so right now I'm about ready for an afternoon sleep! In fact I'm going to take one, as have been waking up early with work on my mind for a few weeks now!
