TDS: Day 14

I did it :) I made a goal to accomplish all 3 workouts for 5 days and i did it! Even though there were times that i didn't want to, something inside said just do it....and I did.

I'm hoping this will jump start my efforts top lose weight and inches for my events...and of course for a healthy lifestyle in general.

I'm sore, but a good sore.

Tomorrow i will not be doing my typical workout but i will be with my 2 nephews all day so that should suffice and then i am back on Sunday :)

The countdown continues:
6 days until my cousins graduation
13 days until I retake body measurements
16 days until my companion returns from Morocco
42 days until my friend gets married

looking forward to day 15!
