My Weight Loss Journey
*YES, I do know that this blog is almost a week late…so many things going on right now!*
Ok, so last week, I gained 4.4 pounds. Which really goes along with my last two blogs…I felt like I was losing grip and I was tired of force feeding myself food that I don’t care for. I’m exactly sure where the pounds came from, but I’m guessing that there is some muscle being built and since last week was TOM, I’m pretty sure that I retained some water.
That being said, I’m starting fresh this week. Ok, on Wednesday I started fresh. Over the weekend I sorta binged a little…I was tired of this journey, I was tired of tracking my food, I was tired of exercising, and I was just tired of plain old life…why does money always get into the way?
As I was looking back at some of my thoughts, I was struck on how I reached out and grasped something. I made a decision not to eat any more fast food. Well, of course I didn’t do too well with that, but that fact is, I made that goal in the middle of my turmoil last week. A month ago, I would have just thrown my hands up and quit.
In the end, my attitude has been adjusted and I am now back on track!
