Already feeling better today~

Friday, May 18, 2012

Got some sleep last night. Not super amazing never wake up sleep, but I was able to fall asleep and SLEEP. Some pretty strange dreams because of medication changes. I haven't taken my xanax in 3 days/nights. I caught a migraine last night before it made it far enough to disable me. Hubby rubbed my shoulder out in the shower. REALLY helped!! I had to force myself to relax under his touch, I'm getting there though!

Daughter is home 'sick' today with a headache~ I think that she didn't want to go to school and have her homework not be done. She needs extra help on it, and whatever. Shes in bed. I told her to stay there.

I am leaving the house today! Driving I mean, I've walked~ I need to go to the grocery store! They have london broil on sale for $2.49 a pound and I am going to stock up on meat! I'm going to grind my own honestly =) Love my meat grinder. I did it for a very long time, and I just haven't been pleased with the quality of the ground beef I'm buying at the store~ too much fat! ew. and I'm all about fat, but not ground meat fat!

Scale still says 233~ =) I've cleaned up my eating... One pound away from 20 pounds!! *YAY* I'm going to hit my first goal soon!! 220!

My anxiety is so debilitating, I don't know how I would make it without Xanax. I am so proud of you for pushing through this transition, and wishing you relief!

Grind your own meat, eh? Never thought of doing that! What kind of meat do you buy to grind?
