Good Things DO Come to Those Who Wait!!

Friday, May 18, 2012

Well, my wise Spark Friends, I have some interesting news to report: yesterday, I got on the scale and it was down 6 lbs, today came the 7th. So I am officially back down to where I started when I first started this bootcamp odyssey. All of you advised patience, not something I am particularly good at exercising (even while I exercise!!), and your counsel was completely, totally, awesomely correct!

I am a happy (boot) camper this morning..and so excited to be trying to move forward without the albatross of that inexplicable weight gain around my neck.

So thank you to everyone for your helpful advice and your incredible support!!

So happy this turnaround came for you!!!! I'm in the same spot right now.... 6 lb. up since May 3 and I have no idea how that happened with the food I've been eating (or not) and all the exercise. I'll take my own advice and be patient.

Hurrah and Seven cheers for you! I'm still awed by the idea of tackling a boot camp at all -- so you've got MY admiration all the way! -- Maryjean emoticon
