Going in the wrong direction

Ok so I didnt have time to get online bc I was working 2 jobs and then didnt have internet when I went down to 1 job so I just kept going and going and going thinking I was doing good till this AM emoticon when I stepped on the scale and it said 260. I revamped my priorities and with so much happening in my life right now I need to get my life and weight on track. Now I just need to find a support system and get on it.

emoticon Help me to get on track and stay on track this time.

    don't beat yourself up - what's done is done, and what's great is that you're here and getting back on track. when i feel like i'm backtracking, i go back to my "old faithfuls" - things that keep me motivated, like my goal boards, old photos (for me), etc. tracking food always gives me a serious wakeup call, since i always eat more than i think! don't be too hard on yourself - just focus on what you what and make some little goals to how you're going to get there. emoticon

    i figured out i can't have a no tracking day .... even if my nutrition is horrid i track it ... keeps me on track!

    track like crazy ... you'll skip eating the bad stuff so you don't have to put it on the tracker!!
