Putting the fun into fitness - and other motivation!

yay this is my creative page!! I love lots of graphics and songs and things when it comes to motivation!

I suppose the easiest way is to talk about my goal.. and some mini goals on getting there? Cos truthfully, I don't know hardly anything about exercise.

But I figured, I would need lots of fun things that have nothing to do with the word "exercise" haha. So With the help of david (see the about me page), we came up with the fact that I enjoy frisbee, dancing, and I actually enjoy my exercise bike luckily.
I do remember a few years ago LOVING running.. I used to go every day.. injury or not.. and listen to tony robbins on a MP3 Player That was cool. I bought a new one earlier this year to do so again, did, lost weight, but the MP3 player broke and I couldn't find the receipt. Doh.
I feel I can't run without it cos I worry about people looking at me too much. but yeah.. I do actually find that fun some how.

Anyway, I wrote a lovely long list of all the reasons why I ought to be a bit healthier
and even tho i wrote them in lovely colors, it wasn't motivating enough.
So I made my first ever video.. It's not the best or anything.. but it sort of works for me.. I set some visual goals and some nice active music to it:
One thing I like about it, is I used plus size models to describe my dream shape... Because.. I do love having curves. hehe.
