TDS: Day 13

Completed! I am excited to report that I was able to keep up with the shred level 2 today. Okay, I was a little behind when getting into the plank positions, but went right into the moves once i assumed the position. I'm still at 11 walking push ups in total, and I'm now able to balance on one leg while doing the arm ups.


So after today's walk on the promenade I will have one more day of three workouts to complete my short term goal of three workouts a day for 5 days :). Specifically the Shred, the stationary bike, and the walk on the promenade.

The countdown continues:
7 days until my cousins graduation
14 days until I retake body measurements
17 days until my companion returns from Morocco
43 days until my friend gets married

Looking forward to day 14!
