10th Workout with Donna Already

Today was already my 10th workout with Donna. She really did a good job of pushing me on the treadmill workout today. I felt pretty good, but it really helped she changed it up throughout the time. We did strength training first with lots of leg lunges, squats with weight, etc., but I need it. My energy level seems really good today.

Had my consult with our worksite wellness person yesterday and we discussed the goals and such for the next 3 months.
