Tomorrow is Miss A.'s birthday. I'm taking it off so that I can go visit in the classroom in the afternoon. This will also allow me to get in a great workout in the morning. I did good while I was at school today, but I ended up getting home late and yucky weather was threatening, so I changed my RBR to a 4.5 mile run. I'll do a medium length run (6-7 miles I think) tomorrow and then bike for an hour. I may also try to get in something quick before Alexis gets up or after she's in bed, just to make up some fitness minutes this week.

Make tomorrow great!

Goals for tomorrow:
80+ oz water
AM workout: 15 min circuit training
Midday workout: 1 hour run, 1 hour bike
PM workout: ?? circuit training, strength training or yoga
Track my food and make good choices
In bed by 10:00 pm
