    Finally able to watch your vlogs! I totally agree about what you said about that you shouldn't believe you can no longer have certain foods, the only problem I have is that some are 'trigger' foods for me to binge. So I need to just stay away from those.
    I love watermelon too! I brought some from when I visited my sister for Mother's day and I have been enjoying a portion as a snack at work, yum! emoticon emoticon

    I was thinking that maybe you could incorporate that watermelon into your fitness routine. Like lift it 10 times over your head or hold it out in fron of you while you to squats. Then you can reward yourself by cutting and eating it. Just A thought.

    I do enjoy your Vlogs but I don't see myself every trying to do it personally. But I will continue to support and subscribe to you and we'll see. Things that make go Hmmmm?

    AMEN, Sister!! Thank you so much for hitting on limiting yourself and "banishing" certain foods from your diet. I whole-heartedly agree with that. This is a LIFESTYLE not a DIET. Back in December I came across the blog runsforcookies.com and read one of her posts that really sank in and hit it home for me. "ONLY making changes that you're willing to do for the rest of your life." This is so simple...why did I never think of it before?? AND you can still lose weight doing it! Moderation is key. I'm not willing to give up going out to eat...it's how we socialize with our friends. So I don't. I choose wisely. I'm not willing to give up my Ice Cream. So I don't. I only eat the 1/2 cup serving instead of 2 cups!! LOL I am not willing to give up alcohol. So I don't. I just limit myself to a certain number. I may go a little overboard on some weekends on eating out or whatever. But I know if that scale goes up a pound or two pounds that I have to drink my water and burn some calories and it WILL come back off. I am in control! And THESE ARE things I am willing to do for the rest of my life!

    Yes, your right about people should never be on diets where it tells them they can't have certain things. I have a friend right now who is hardly eating carbs. She eats like 30 grams (?) a day. I'm like "Um, you need more carbs to give you energy." "Oh well, they'll turn into sugar and that's why I'm getting fat." "Well, yeah they'll turn into sugar if you just sit on your butt and not exercise."

    Some people's way of losing weight just make me shake my head.
