Losing It!

Slowly, but suely I get into bad habits and need to jolt out of it...seems like I get crazy tired all of a sudden later in the day and I lose my mo. Are there any magic tricks to stay up all day and not take that afternoon dive and feel like you have to eat and eat to get energy back? Rog
