TDS: Day 12

Level 2 was a little bit easier today and i took fewer breaks. The forward and backward lunges were done with better form and i didn't lose my balance as much for the one legged raises. Cardio was still rough, but i managed to finish it all. And in total I was able to struggle trough 11 walking push ups, oy those are killers!

I can't tell if I am sweating so profusely because it is so humid out here or because the workout is kicking my butt that much :) I would like to think it is a little of both.

I also switched things up a bit today and completed my walk on the promenade early, I still have my 30 minute bike ride left to complete. I will meet my goal of doing all three workouts for five days.

On another note i tried on some clothes that I was considering wearing to the events in the next few weeks. I have a red flowered hawaiian dress that fit me like sausage wrapping. When i tried it on today, it hugged my curves in all the right spots, and was roomy in all the right spots. I am so happy about that!

I also tried on a pair of dress shorts that when i first bought them 3 or 4 years ago were kind of tight and then didn't fit me anymore. Today they fit and I could even place a finger or two in the waistband. Again, so very happy. This weekend i get my bridesmaid dress taken in. I hope it looks fabulous!

The exact countdown:
8 days until my cousins graduation
18 days until my companion returns from Morocco
44 days until my friend gets married

The wedding was my original goal to lose 41 lbs. I have lost 27 of those lbs. I have 14 more to go, but I have changed that goal to only lose 7 more lbs.
