Slow couple of Weeks

Well had a slow couple of weeks trying to go around the kids final exams and graduation then mothers day brunch stuck to mostly protein and had only a little carbs. Haven't lost much but I didn't gain either so at least I have that .Took a deep breath and reaffirmed my convictions to loose this weight and get healthy now that my daughter is off for the summer from school we will be hitting the gym almost every day get to shedding this weight again I'm still a little ahead of the weight tracker to meet my goal but want to do better.
