Germany again!

It seems like I only post when I am about to go on another Trip. It's back to Germany again and at weigh in this morning I weighed 143 lbs or 64.9 kg.
Since the last Trip to Germany, which happened to be the coldest January / February that anybody I spoke to can remember, we have been on a Cruise. So I feel good about my current weight. I always watch what I eat, even when I am away from home. Granted, sometimes it is not possible for me to log exactly what I eat, but at least I make an attempt.
The Trip this time is on occasion of my Mom's 90th Birthday!
