In which I give myself a new challenge

So now that I'm done with the 5K Your Way Rookie Running Challenge, I need new a plan to keep me motivated to workout regularly. I am planning to pick another 5K in my area to do, most likely in the Fall. But until I pick one and have a date in mind, I'm going to do the Coach Nicole 28 Day Boot Camp DVD according to the 28 day plan. Last night I did the Cardio Blast. Tonight is Cardio-Sculpt.
I am hoping that getting some more strength training will help me break through this plateau I'm on. I've been hovering around 145 for the past month, and I can't seem to make any progress. Some days it makes me want to settle for trying to maintain rather than trying to lose another 10 pounds. I am happy with my body now, but there is still room for improvement. last summer that I want to be able to rock when we go again this August. Also, I didn't make my goal for the 5K. I wanted to run it in under 35 minutes. So I can't get myself the reward that I wanted, that would be cheating in my eyes. My new goal is to buy the swimsuit www.modcloth.com/shop/tw
that was my 5K goal when I get below 140 lbs.
