TDS: Day 11

Wow, first day of level 2 and boy did i sweat, and yes I took a few breaks as well.

The planks are killer since my arms are not as strong as I would like them to be. The v lifts are also a killer, I have to use my 2lb weights for them until I build up to the 5lbers. I was even a little winded during the cardio knee ups. The cardio is always the easiest part of the workout for me.

Level 2 kicked my booty, I was even a little slower on my bike ride today. In the same amount of time i went about .3 less of a mile. I am happy to say that I at least completed it :)

I would like to complete all 3 workouts (30 day shred, bike, and promenade walk) everyday this week that is my goal. Hopefully this will jump start a little weight loss.

The countdown is beginning:
2 weeks until my cousins graduation weekend festivities
3 weeks until my companion comes home from his trip to Morocco
6 weeks until my friends wedding and all the bridal party festivities

Lets see if I can loose a few inches and or pounds to fit the outfits I bought!
