A long day...

..I have been working all day which included going to a food fair where I found my theatre friends - they were promoting their cafe and had brought a realy nice cake that was lactos and gluten free... 100 % chocolate, cocos, agave syrup, mango, cherrys, cardemum and dates. really yummy and probably really filled with calories... although they promoted it as "almost no sugar"...
