Weigh in wasn't very good today. Only 1/2 lb lower than last week, but I do think I am putting on some musche. Having said that, my energy level wasn't very high today, but I was able to finish everything Donna had up for me today. She had me do a bunch of walking lunges, which I don't like, but I know they're good to do. We also did some of the core exercises with the 2# medicine ball, hand weights with squats and the 1/2 balance ball thingy with planks and push ups. She also had me close my eyes with the one legged balance, which was really weird.

As I said earlier, I do feel stronger and I can't wait for measurement day, which I think is on Thursday. I hope I have lost some inches.
