I have been neglecting to do the power questions in the morning. I wonder if that's the reason it has still been so hard to get off my but in the morning. I have just finished doing the dishes and it is already 3 pm. Next: Exercise. Back/triceps and abs. I have the laptop now setup in the 'exercise room', so I can use the Chris Carey cd for my lifting. For now I'm going to have to use the Rocking Iron CD, but I'm pretty sure I still have a copy of the other CD on my other computer. I want to set that up with the printer, so I can use whatever is on that hard disk on my other computers.
Just knowing where to start is still one of my bigger problems. For now lets do the power questions:
What do I have in my life I can be grateful for. It always comes back to the house. Knowing what it's like to be homeless, has left me extra grateful now that I do have a roof over my head again, and one that I like at that.
What do I have in my life to be excited about. Everything. Feeling like I once again have some control over my destiny. The fact that when the reunion roles around I will be one of the few people to weigh less than they did 25 years ago. In facet 25 years ago I was mildly overweight. My Bf percentage is still a little high, but I still have 4 months to do something about that. Looks like I need to lose another 10 pounds or so of fat and gain the same amount of muscle. Sounds doable.
What can I do today to improve my health. See above. Next thin on the agenda today is working out.
What can I do today to improve my house into a home. The windows on the front could use a cleaning and I want to set up the old computer with the printer.
