24 hour fast

On Mother's Day I had the bla's and decided to try to fast. I did not have food or drink. Rested and had nothing to do but watch movies. The next morning I had water and water! I was down 3lbs. I felt great! My sinus infection was 90% cleared up and I was no longer feeling down. I don't know if it was the best thing to do health wise but it helped me to get focused and understand that I need to watch the sodium as well as carbs, fats, calories, etc.

I then went to my trainer at 10am and still had nothing to eat. Not hungry and ran out of time as we changed the time at the last minute. It was the best training session since I began!

While I don't understand any of this, I think it is something I will do again! If it works and gets me back on track, I will do it again when the scale fights with me!!

Today will be a good day!!

    Very interesting! I had always wondered about fasting. Can't believe you went and worked out without eating! I think I would have been feeling like I was weak and starved! Good Luck with your journey to healthfulness!
