Feeling good!

I have come to the realization that I just don't feel good when I don't get my exercise in. I feel sluggish and tired all day long. But when I do get up and exercise, no matter how tired I am when that alarm goes off, I feel much better afterwards. It is worth giving up a few minutes of sleep. Plus, the more we exercise, the stronger and healthier we are.
