HLC Mental Challenge #8

1) I've made the most progress in this area so far: Understanding the need for work/life balance. I stop exercising becuase of work and an I need to remember that I am the most important thing and that I come first.

2) What I have done best this challenge is: Kept logging in despite not fully participating. I still keep track of my weight and I am still reporting every week on at least that if nothing else and I am very happy that I am sticking to it, when it could have been so easy to just stop and give up.

3) What I still need to work on during the last weeks of this challenge is: Keeping my food journal. MUST. I am most successful when I do.

4) The progress that I've made makes me feel: Accomplished. I ran my 5K ! I set this goal in January and I did it. I did it.

    Awesome on the 5K! That is a goal of mine. Not there at all yet. I'm bad about the food tracking as well. I did good for the first two months and then I slowly dropped off. Can you believe we only have 2 weeks left of our HLC. Keep up the awesome work!
