A week after the spring streak..

It was a blissful 7 days, exciting with every exercise. i am glad I finished with a 2 mile walk today. I used to do 5Ks a year back now I thought I could never do it again. Got my hope back, by the end of this I will do a clean 30 min 5K :), a challenge to myself!
